Located in Harghita County, in the heart of Transylvania, Remetea Airport is a modern aerodrome dedicated to general aviation and private flights. Nestled in an outstanding natural setting, the aerodrome provides convenient access to one of Romania’s most beautiful regions.
The aerodrome features a 1,670-meter-long and 30-meter-wide concrete runway, an aircraft parking apron with 6 parking stands, and a lighting system for night operations. Remetea Airport is authorized for VFR Day & Night operations, offering safe and flexible operating conditions for pilots and operators.
Thanks to investments made in recent years, the aerodrome’s infrastructure has been significantly upgraded. Ongoing developments aim to further strengthen Remetea Airport’s position as a regional hub for general aviation.
